Who is responsible. the operator named in the imprint, a private person. Contact: support@ai.ucagg.de.

• Account: email address and a hashed password, to give you an account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Subscription: plan, status and renewal date from Dodo Payments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never see your card.
• Devices: a short device label (for example "Android TV · IPTV app"), when it last watched and which channel - to enforce the screens per account and show you your devices (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept until you remove the device or your account.
• Favourites: the channels you pinned.
• Server logs: IP address and request details for security, kept briefly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where. On a server rented from IONOS SE in a data centre in the United States; the transfer is covered by IONOS's data processing agreement with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Streams you watch are fetched from the channel's own server.

Recipients. IONOS (hosting), Dodo Payments (payments, merchant of record), and ucagg.de (the UCA account hub: your email, plan and status, so one UCA account shows all your UCA products). No advertising, no analytics, no data sales.

Cookies. A session cookie to keep you signed in and a device cookie for the screen limit - both technically necessary, no tracking.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and a complaint to a supervisory authority. Delete your account any time under Account.
